Watermill - renovation project?

South Mill House, Stockland, Honiton, Devon   Guide Price of £450k, Sale by online auction - deadline 28th April 2021. This grade II listed property definitely needs some imagination and hard work but if you are prepared to put in some elbow grease you will end up with a stunning, breathtaking and totally awesome property.
